You can expect a 60-minute nutrition workshop led by a nutrition specialist, focused on a practical understanding of supplementation in the context of an active lifestyle. Together, we will look at which supplements are evidence-based, when it makes sense to use them, and how to adapt them to both training and everyday life. No unnecessary theory and no extreme recommendations.
The session also includes a tasting of selected drinks and supplements that we commonly recommend at Day1, accompanied by an explanation of their practical use.
Everything takes place at Day1, in a small-group setting, with plenty of space for questions, sharing experiences, and open discussion.
