You can expect a 60-minute dynamic workout inspired by the HYROX format, combining multiple EMOM blocks and functional training stations. The entire session is led by our experienced coaches, who will guide you through the workout, explain each part, and help you push your limits safely and effectively.
The training is suitable for both competitive athletes and those who have never raced before, but want to try something new and experience what a real HYROX training session looks like.
