After eight years of competitive sports aerobics, she has fully embraced strength and conditioning training, which she now pursues professionally.
She helps people train in a way that makes sense considering their goals and capabilities, and ensures that movement remains enjoyable in the long term. Besides working with adults, she also works with children — organizing sports day camps that promote building healthy habits and a natural relationship with movement from an early age.
