Liana began her journey in 1996 as a gymnast and represented the Slovak Republic in international competitions for over 10 years. When she started running long distances, the need for recovery led her to yoga. Through yoga, she found a way to connect physical strength with inner calm and balance.
In 2018, she decided to share her experience and love of movement by completing the RYT200 instructor course at an Indian yoga school. Her classes are playful, dynamic, and focused on precision, flexibility, and technique. Liana believes that yoga is a path for everyone and enjoys guiding her students on theirs.
