As a strength and conditioning coach, Matouš focuses not only on performance, but also on long-term sustainable and healthy movement. He is actively involved in sports himself, devotes himself to triathlon, educates himself, and puts new knowledge into practice. He believes that quality training begins with understanding the body, its possibilities and limitations, and under his guidance, sport becomes a natural part of life for his clients.
He sees training as a shared journey on which he guides clients toward improving their fitness, health, and relationship with their own bodies.
