As a coach, Milan focuses on the all-round development of the general population – from physical strength and fitness to effective movement and mental attitude. He was introduced to sport through soccer, which he played at a professional level for AC Sparta Prague. Two serious injuries then fundamentally changed his approach to training and sparked his desire to gain a deeper understanding of the body.
He developed his coaching experience at Next.Move and while working with children at the Žižkov tennis club. At Day1, he specializes in hybrid training, which helps clients become more resilient, more efficient, and better prepared for the challenges of everyday life.
