Understanding how the body works is essential, but it’s not enough to become a great coach. You also need confidence, decisiveness, and the ability to immediately apply your knowledge when working with clients in the gym.

Training is all about results, which is why this seminar focuses on making sure you always know what to do with your clients. Martin will teach you how to read movement, identify limitations, and instantly translate them into the right exercises and training approaches. Together, you’ll build on solid theoretical foundations of anatomy and biomechanics, with a strong emphasis on practical application in training.
