Over more than fifteen years of training experience, Martin Iterský has gradually proven that he can achieve excellent results with his clients in just a few months, without classic bodybuilding splits or unnecessary overeating.

We will show you how you can achieve this too.



Who Is Martin Iterský

Martin Iterský is a strength and conditioning coach with more than ten years of experience in professional hockey. He has worked with teams such as HC Sparta Praha, HC Kometa Brno, HC Energie Karlovy Vary, Metallurg Magnitogorsk (KHL), and the Czech national hockey team (A team, U20).

Currently, he works individually with elite players such as Karel Vejmelka (NHL), Jiří Sekáč (Switzerland), Dominik Frodl (Czech Republic), and other professional athletes. He shares his experience as a lecturer and, as Head of Performance at Day1, leads a team of coaches.



What You Will Learn

Theory is great, but it won’t produce results for you on its own. For optimal outcomes, we’ve divided the seminar into 50% theoretical foundations and 50% practical gym work.
