February 28 – March 1, 2026

The seminar is suitable for the general public, athletes, as well as personal or strength & conditioning coaches.

Most of us no longer aspire to have a body like a bodybuilder. The clear trend for the coming years is an athletic physique. We want to be strong, dynamic, and fit—while looking lean and athletic at the same time. Do you feel the same way? Then the Body Recomposition Seminar is for you.

This seminar will help you organize and expand your knowledge of body recomposition so that it makes practical sense. You’ll learn how to effectively combine training methods to improve both performance and physical appearance—without unnecessary extremes.

You’ll receive clear, easy-to-understand information that will help you achieve the results you’re aiming for, whether you’re working on your own physique or helping clients along the way.

Who Is Martin Iterský

Martin Iterský is a strength and conditioning coach with more than ten years of experience in professional hockey. He has worked with teams such as HC Sparta Praha, HC Kometa Brno, HC Energie Karlovy Vary, Metallurg Magnitogorsk (KHL), and the Czech national hockey team (A team, U20).

Currently, he works individually with elite players such as Karel Vejmelka (NHL), Jiří Sekáč (Switzerland), Dominik Frodl (Czech Republic), and other professional athletes. He shares his experience as a lecturer and, as Head of Performance at Day1, leads a team of coaches.
