Gain know-how that our head coaches have accumulated over more than 10 years of work in professional hockey. Instead of desk-based theory, we will share a system that has been proven long-term in the Czech Extraliga, national teams, and the KHL.
Over three days, we will show you how to build a functional and individualized off-season program for a hockey player—from initial testing, through the development of strength, speed, and conditioning, to recovery and complete training programming.
The seminar is built on one common philosophy: individualization, attention to detail, and long-term performance. You will learn the methods we use with professional players—and, most importantly, understand why they work and how to apply them in your own practice with athletes.
The hockey off-season preparation will be led by strength and conditioning coaches Ondřej Ježek and Martin Iterský, both of whom lead our coaching team as Head of Performance.
Ondřej Ježek
Ondřej has a professional playing background in ice hockey. After ending his active career, he fully dedicated himself to coaching. He worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Extraliga clubs HC Verva Litvínov (4 seasons), BK Mladá Boleslav (4 seasons), and HC Sparta Prague (2 seasons), where he was responsible for the preparation of both the A-team and youth players.
He has collaborated with dozens of elite athletes, including national team players and participants in the Olympic Games and World Championships.
Martin Iterský
Martin has more than ten years of experience in professional hockey. He has worked with HC Sparta Prague (3 seasons), HC Kometa Brno (3 seasons), HC Energie Karlovy Vary (1 season), Metallurg Magnitogorsk (KHL; 1 season), and the Czech national team (senior team and U20).
Currently, he works individually with elite players such as Karel Vejmelka (NHL), Jiří Sekáč (Switzerland), Dominik Frodl (Czech Republic), and other professional athletes.
