This Nutrition Session is focused on how to get into better shape before summer without extreme dieting and without unnecessary muscle loss. We will look at how to set up your nutrition so that it supports fat loss, helps maintain training performance, and remains sustainable even during a busy working lifestyle.
You can expect a 50-minute workshop led by a nutrition specialist, where we will go through practical principles for adjusting your diet if you want to lower your body fat percentage, improve your body composition, and feel better in your body before the summer season.

Everything takes place in the Day1 environment, in a smaller group, with natural space for questions, sharing experiences, and discussion.
