30–31 January 2027 | DAY 1, Prague 7
2 DAYS / 16 PARTICIPANTS / 2 PARTICIPANTS = 1 COACH
PST is a two-day practical seminar focused on the most important skills every coach should master — observing, making decisions, and coaching effectively.
Quality training isn’t about the exercises themselves. It is about the coach’s ability to make the right decision in a specific situation.
What does the person in front of you need right now?
What is worth changing?
And how do you know whether your chosen approach is working?
WHAT IS PST?
PST is not a traditional lecture-based seminar.
It is built almost entirely around practical work on the training floor.
You will train, observe, coach, modify execution, look for solutions, and immediately see how the person responds to each change.
Throughout the seminar, we will revisit the necessary principles of anatomy, biomechanics, and strength training and apply them directly to specific situations.
Biomechanics & Anatomy helps you understand the principles. PST teaches you how to use them in real time.
HOW WILL THE SEMINAR WORK?
You will learn to better understand what is happening in front of you, identify what matters most in the moment, and adjust the next step in the training process accordingly.
We will work with position, setup, range of motion, exercise selection, exercise combinations, and coaching.
The focus is not on learning more exercises, but on becoming better at working with the person standing in front of you.

DAY 1 — UPPER BODY
The first day will focus on practical work with the upper body.
We will cover:
DAY 2 — LOWER BODY + TRUNK
The second day will focus on the lower body and trunk.
We will cover:
2 PARTICIPANTS = 1 COACH
In addition to Martin, the DAY 1 coaching team will be present on the training floor.
This means there will be a maximum of 2 participants per coach.
That means:
For this reason, seminar capacity is intentionally limited to 16 participants.
WHO IS THE SEMINAR FOR?
PST is designed for personal trainers and strength & conditioning coaches who want to improve their ability to work with people in real time.
It is for coaches who want to become better at:
PRICE AND PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
B&A ALUMNI — CZK 14,900 incl. VAT
The discounted price is available to graduates of the Biomechanics & Anatomy seminar.
B&A alumni also receive priority access to registration before the remaining places are opened to other applicants.
STANDARD ADMISSION — CZK 18,900 incl. VAT
PST can also be attended without previously completing Biomechanics & Anatomy.
However, the seminar assumes an advanced understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and strength training principles.
The necessary theoretical principles will be revisited throughout the seminar and always placed in the context of a specific exercise or situation. However, PST is primarily focused on practical application and does not replace the complete content or study materials of the Biomechanics & Anatomy seminar.
If you have not completed B&A and would like to attend PST, please email martin.itersky@day1.cz with a brief overview of your coaching education, completed courses, and relevant experience.
Participation will then be assessed individually to ensure an appropriate level across the entire group.
